Youth Gone Wild on friday was a blast! had lots of fun moshing. levan wore a convent uniform. he reminded me of those 70's glam rock acts like new york dolls who dressed up as females. gross in a nice way. anyway this gig was Ronin's last this year. they're gonna embark on a period of radical change. what is that? i dunno. haha. they gave a long and energetic set as usual. i captured 3 songs on video!

updates on my life... i've just been posted to Sungei Gedong Camp, saf's armour centre. man it's a freaking huge place in the middle of the nowhere that is the rural west, deep in the lim chu kang bush! the camp is larger than suntec city i dare say. my unit is the Forward Maintenance Depot. what the hell is that? don't ask me. all i do there is practise maintaining tanks, getting my hands dirty with a shit called GREASE for 2months as part of my on-the-job training as a technician. the place is ulu, dusty, armour trainees shouting and marching and tanks rumbling on their road tests all day long. it sure lives up to the military camp stereotype. the camp security is quite slack, all the regulars there use handphone cameras! whenever the military police come, they'll hide the stuff in the tanks. every morning i've to wake up at 5 to catch the first train to boon lay. plus i've been watching world cup non-stop. so every night i've only 3 to 4 hours of sleep. as a result i'm down with flu now. help!! report sick tmr HEH.
